Develop qualified suppliers, conduct supplier audit and evaluation.
Define the quality plan and make pre-shipment inspection for Global sourcing product.
Make pre-serial sample test report and quality release for new purchase part, ensure the parts can meet the requirements.
Develop quality control method and measuring tools, train the inspectors.
Supervise and help suppliers to achieve high quality performance.
Make QM system and process audit for supplier, ensure the process capability.
Conduct FMEA and TR for new product development.
Develop quality plan for purchased parts, Including SIP, IIP, and TS.
Test the pre-serial, 0-serial samples and make test reports, ensure that they can meet the requirements.
Develop test method and measuring tools for purchased part and train the inspectors.
Approve and manage the qualified samples.
Make pre-shipment inspection for global sourcing products. Communicate with the Global sourcing team.
Manage and train the suppliers to ensure that they keep up with Geberit's requirements.
For incoming material failure, use 8D report to coordinate the fast action, root cause analysis and preventive action.
Finish the tasks designated by higher supervisor.
Bachelor degree in Engineering disciplines.
At least 3 years' working experience in ceramic or related industry.
Familiar with Quality system, Quality tools and process audit.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
